Returns

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on items once sold.

Exchanges

  • If you are unsatisfied with the material of the product, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
    • To initiate an exchange, please write to support@sparklinglaado.com.
    • Items sent back to us without requesting an exchange via mail will not be accepted.
    • The return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and not covered by SparklingLaado.
    • Exchanges cannot be requested after 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  • If your exchange request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
  • Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, a credit note will be issued, which can be used to purchase other items of your choice.
  • We strongly recommend that customers review the product description and all images carefully before placing an order.
  • All products undergo a two-step quality check, including a digital video recording to prevent fraud and piracy.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
  • We will arrange a replacement using the fastest possible shipping method.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unworn, and undamaged
All original labels and tags intact
Returned in original packaging

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Important:
A parcel opening video is mandatory for both exchange and damage claims. Without this video proof, we will be unable to process the request.
